Shipping policy

Strechgear offers free shipping within India on all Prepaid Orders. You only pay the value of the ordered product.

We ship worldwide, however, you have to place offline orders for all international orders and the shipping charges will be as per actuals. Any custom duty/tax applicable in your country will be borne by you and we will not be liable for any of those charges. Order placement & processing remains online for all domestic orders.

Delivery Delays
We strive to ensure that all orders are delivered within 9–11 business days with free shipping. However, please note that delivery timelines are estimated and may be subject to delays caused by our courier partners, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we are unable to provide refunds for delayed shipments.

Remote Locations
For certain remote areas in India — including the North East Region, Jammu & Kashmir Region, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep Island — delivery timelines may vary. Shipping to these regions is subject to the courier partner’s network and may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Reshipping Fee for Returned Parcels
Free shipping is offered only once per order. If a parcel is returned to us due to the customer being unavailable or unable to accept delivery, the customer will be responsible for covering the reshipping fee. Reshipping charges must be paid in advance before the order is dispatched again from our workshop.
